北京蓄排水板『屋面绿化专用』排水板施工工艺■

 

排水板原料为高密度聚乙烯（HDPE），属难分解工程塑料，置于建筑夹层中，分解期大于100年。采用基础或吹塑法生产的高密度聚乙烯（HDPE)土工膜、经特殊工艺压型在土工膜上压出封闭突起的圆台状、柱状、球冠状壳体形成的一种膜、壳连续，具有立体空间和一定支撑刚度，液体、气体可以在其内流动排泄的板材。

 

应用范围：排水功能和过滤功能效果更显著，经济利益上都比传统的石料陶粒更实惠。广泛应用于园林绿化工程、建筑工程、交通工程、市政工程、地下车库顶部，屋顶绿化。　

 

 

 特点:施工方便、耐负荷及耐久性强、快速排水、储藏部分水、保证植物生产的水分与氧气、对建筑物的负荷小、对屋顶有隔热保温的功能。

   

 施工注意

 

1、铺设蓄排水板之前，先把现场清理好，使施工现场没有明显的凹凸点。

 

2、在园林中，直接以蓄排水板和过滤土工布代替陶粒、鹅卵石等组成的过滤层。

 

3、蓄排水板四周相互拼接，铺设时的空隙，作为下层排水道，其上的土工布过滤保湿层铺设时也需搭接好。

Pay attention to the construction

 

Before 1, laying drainage plate storage, clean up the site, the construction site no obvious concave and convex point.
